Apple’s Latest Devices Hit Stores: MacBook Air, Mac Studio, and iPads Available for Immediate Pickup

Apple has made its new lineup of devices official, including the new MacBook Air, Mac Studio, iPad, and iPad Air, with sales starting on March 12. The devices are available for instant pickup at Apple stores, allowing customers who didn’t pre-order to purchase them directly.
MacBook Air is also supplied with Apple’s new M4 chip, offering better performance and efficiency. The lineup gets a new Sky Blue color option, giving the series a fresh appearance. The MacBook Air starts at $999, which is an excellent starting point for consumers looking to upgrade from previous Intel-based systems. The M4 chip provides significant improvements in multitasking and creative production with its faster Neural Engine and the capability to manage up to 32GB of unified memory. This places it well to tackle demanding apps and edit high-res material.
The Mac Studio has the option of the M4 Max or M3 Ultra chip, and that makes it a beast for professionals to use. M4 Max has a balance of CPU and GPU processing, while the M3 Ultra offers even improved graphics performance and should be used for video editing and 3D modeling. Mac Studio includes Thunderbolt 5 ports with transfer speeds that are up to three times higher than Thunderbolt 4 and support Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. Then there are the new models of the standard iPad and iPad Air. The standard iPad comes with an A16 chip but lacks Apple Intelligence. Apple has made sure that there are sufficient base models of these devices in stock to allow customers to order them for collection from retail stores immediately.
