Further, the application now supports Flexible Trip Adjustments. Customers can change segments of their trip within the application, being flexible with access to the best fares. This feature would be useful for travelers whose schedule may be subject to alteration at short notice.
To meet customer criticism, Amtrak has Redesigned the Home Screen to separate ticket information from advertising content. This action makes user interactions simpler, easier for customers to focus on their travel arrangements without extraneous distractions.
